Smooth Skin Solution devices are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty if your product fails after the initial return window. Under normal use, Smooth Skin Solution devices are warranted for 1 year from the date of delivery on your original order. 

If you suspect a significant fault with your Smooth Skin Solution device and would like to start a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected]. To verify that you are within the warranty period, we will need the name and/or the email address associated with the order, the original order number, or any other details about your order or the product. If you made a purchase through an authorised provider, you will need to provide proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation). 

Please allow 1-2 business days for someone on the Customer Service Team to reply. In order to quickly troubleshoot your device, we will ask you to share a short video to verify the fault with your device.The Smooth Skin Solution manufacturer’s warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.

  • The Smooth Skin Solution manufacturer’s warranty period begins upon the delivery date of the original order.
  • The Smooth Skin Solution manufacturer’s warranty only covers devices that are purchased directly through smoothskinsolution.com.au or an authorised provider.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
    • Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration
    • Servicing by unauthorised persons
    • Connection to incorrect power sources
    • Use with unauthorised accessories
