Returns

The Smooth Skin Solution Return Policy applies to orders placed directly through smoothskinsolution.com.au or an authorised provider. If you made a purchase through an authorised provider please ensure you have the name and/or the email address associated with the order, the original order number, the details of the authorised provider, or any other details about your order or the product.

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects. If there is a problem, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of shipment. We do not offer returns for change of mind. 

Faulty Items – If the item you have received is faulty, please email [email protected]  with your name, a detailed description of the defect and a copy of your proof of purchase. A replacement or full refund will be given to those products returned under warranty, and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your return. Please allow 1-2 business days for someone on the Customer Service Team to reply. In order to quickly troubleshoot your device, we will ask you to share a short video to verify the fault with your device.

Allergy/Reaction – In the rare case that you have had a reaction to a product, please take a photo of your reaction, email [email protected] and discontinue use of the product immediately. A full refund will be given to those products returned because of a reaction, and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your return.

Please return all items in its original box and with all original packing materials within 14 days of receiving your Return Authority. Please note, that returns made without all items will not be eligible for replacement or full refund.
